Design brief

This is day 18 of my daily logo design challenge. Today's brief was to design a cupcake logo. The following were suggested names for a bakery or cake company include Betty's Bakery, CakeCup, Frosted.

Proposal

My approach was to aim for a minimalist, stylized cupcake mark that would clearly convey the core business proposition. Betty's bakery name is incorporated int the logo.
