Before enjoying this present from my friend Pasquale Ricciardi, chef at italian restaurant Cinecittà in Grenoble, I spent some time today in the studio photographing a nice bottle of Nebbiolo d’Alba from the Mario Garibaldi winery.
In this picture, the wine bottle is the point of focus in a simple but compelling composition, with Speck and olives. Care has been taken to properly light the label and create a nice gradient of edge light on both sides of the bottle.
