I have recently started work on a new illustration series inspired by air travel.
In this year of global pandemic and massive disruption in all aspects of our lives, travel and aviation being some of the most impacted industries, it may sound as an odd choice. It could be argued that current restriction make what we have been missing even more desirable and inspiring for a creative.
In particular, as demonstrated by the visual assets shown here, I have been exploring the theme of flying above a sea of clouds and the satisfying feeling of being in a plane quietly moving through a peaceful and infinite sea of blue.
